I just remembered there is this neat website that's free to play with tons of custom maps to play on. It's called conquerclub. I played on it back in the day and it was really fun. Here are all the maps they have if you want to check it out:

We could also design our own map and get it accepted by the club. If I remember correctly they pretty much accept any map someone makes as long as it's fair to play. Website supports up to 8 people in game I think. Maybe more.

It'd be fun to play with Kissu or maybe form a team and play against another imageboard. I still have an old account but my premium membership expired back in 2010.

I think free accounts are limited to only playing 1-3 games at a time. If you pay $20 or so you can play in unlimited numbers of games. Nothing else is behind the pay wall.

And that was a good point, because i looked it up and found this on the "Score & Ranking" tab:
>New Recruits must earn a promotion to join Assassin games, Terminator games, team games, large games (6 or more players), Trench Warfare games and games on complex maps (they will be hidden from Join A Game and Game Finder listings). These restrictions do not apply to private games.
Since i assume neither of us has payed to be able to make private games, it looks like we might need to play two more games with ghunc before with we can play games with the other game types and options with him.

Acother options, if ghunc is here right now, is that he and someone quickly brush over two games to get him up to 5 too.
I up for that option if ghunc can and want to do that. Otherwise, we'll just play a normal game one one of the maps that new recruits can play.

Don't worry, picking nuclear spoils on the cold war nuke map turned out to be a terribly chaotic choice, so i don't think this could get worse than that.
Either way, i'm thinking we can do normal spoils for this game. Also, picking manual placement if there's no objections.

I'm fine with manual/fog. Yeah if I was here I would have warned you about nuclear spoils on that map. It was my favorite map. Sorry I wasn't around to play it because I really wanted to. We made the same mistake the first time we played it. It's really fun with the usual spoils system.

I'm calling BS on random.org being truly random. These are actually worse stats that I had last I checked. People have been claiming the CC backend is not truly random on dice rolls for years. I've seen lots of speculation that they give you better dice if you pay or based on rank/clan membership.

Not trying to cry about it but it's pretty frustrating.

Most of the time when I roll 6s the other person does too. I always get them attacking and the other person always gets them when I do roll them. Since the defender's 6 beats the attackers it's rage inducing.

Considering the state and age of the site, i wouldn't be surprise if the server just uses pseudo-random number generators for the dice rolls, something that often isn't strictly fair in all cases, in the way a physical dice roll would be, so some unevenness can very likely happen.
