Just finished reading the latest scanlated chapter and waiting for newest volume that was just released yesterday.
I think Nozaki has started to be fond of Chiyo and that's cute. He might be dense but I don't think he's the type to hide his feelings, most of the time anyway. So it's probably only a matter of time until Nozaki actually notices.
Since there's actual couple already and some pairs got significant progression, Nozaki and Chiyo also going further beyond one-sided crush gag pair might not be too far off the table.
