The only things making my 心 go 萌え萌え this season are Alme and Shuumatsu touring... But I think I'd barely pick Alma over the latter because she's adorable.
This makes me think though, Aira and Alma are actually pretty similar...

This is probably my pick as well, I don't really see much moe in the other ones and kyuuketsuki-chan just looks so cute. Especially love the gap moe in this one.

This is my kind of thread. Shows that feature a degree of moe this season in my opinion:

Uma Musume Cinderella Grey. I wouldn't describe the series overall as moe as there is quite a bit of seriousness to it. However, Oguri Cap is a very moe girl that is doing her best to succeed and is very earnest and you want to cheer for her, which is a cornerstone of moedom.

Chanto Suenai Kyuuketsuki-chan is very moe, although there seems to be hints of a romcom-ish atmosphere under the surface which may offend some moe aficionados. I think this one is held back by the style not lending itself to cuteness very much; it's a very generic style that's forgettable.

Spy X Family: Anya is very moe in the traditional sense, while Yor the assassin mom has a huge case of gap moe. However, the setting is occasionally very violent and bloody so it's another show that can't be said to be moe overall. The cuteness generally takes a backseat to the humor when there isn't violence. Less cute faces and more silly reaction faces.

Alma-chan is very moe in the traditional sense, although she's a weaponized android. This type of setup has a tendency to throw its cute premise out towards the end for some reason. If a villain appears and things become serious for a few episodes I won't be surprised. You never know with these shows.
But, this is probably the most moe show in my opinion for the time being. She's ignorant of how the world works since she's a robot so there is intense moe potential.

Honorable mention: Mikata ga Yowasugite Hojo Mahou. Not moe in the traditional sense since it's a fantasy party thing about killing monsters. HOWEVER, the main girl is very cute and due to its themes of a guy finding purpose in life by reuniting with his old party of friends and the bonds of trust and stuff I think it counts as moe-adjacent since it's full of feel-good emotions. There was even a guy receiving a headpat from a girl. Very endearing.
